Results-driven professional with expertise in Financial Management, Taxation, Corporate Governance, and Audit. Emmanuel’s work experience cuts across financial industry, commercial, religion and academia. He is knowledgeable and skillful in financial analysis and due diligence.

He holds Masters of Business Administration with option in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK), Bachelor of Science with option in Accounting (B.sc Administration), Bachelor of laws (LL. B) from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). He also holds final one of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana (CITG) and the Ghana Securities Industry Certificate (Ghana Stock Exchange).

Emmanuel has worked in various sectors of the Ghanaian Economy including Asante Akim North Municipal Assembly, Bosome Freho District Assembly and La Nkwantanan Municipal Assembly, all as the Head of Internal Audit. He also served as a Finance Manager and Internal Audit and Risk Manager in private sector for over ten (10) years.

In persue for excellence, he embarked on legal studies and was called to the bar on the 10th of November, 2025 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He is currently undergoing the mandatory

Pupillage at Afagbe laws and Company (Selikem Chambers). He is time conscious and strictly adhere to procedures, rule, and principles. He is reliable, honest and sincere. His interest lies in litigation and is aspiring to be one of the best legal brains in the industry.
