Eric Ackah, Esq., is a junior associate with a renowned law firm Afagbe Law & Company (Selikem Chambers) based in Ho, in the Volta Region of Ghana. He has a sound academic background. His legal practice is underpinned by the firm’s core values of integrity, honesty, professionalism, fairness, transparency, accountability, moral uprightness and respect for clients.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Degree in Sociology with Geography and Resource Development from the University of Ghana (UG), Legon.
He also holds Commonwealth Executive Masters in Public Administration (CEMPA) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
In furtherance of his managerial skills and office management, he pursued Post Graduate Certificate in Public Administration (PGCPA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration (PGDPA), from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
Eric Ackah holds Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
He had his professional legal training at the Ghana School of Law, where he completed with Barrister at Law (B.L) qualification and was called to the Bar in October 2023 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana.
After his call to the Bar, he did his pupillage with the Legal Aid Commission in Ho, where he involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution especially Mediation, which helped him improve his mediation skills.
He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association, in good standing.
His areas of legal practice can be classified as General Practice, which include Criminal Law, Property Law, Human Rights Law and Family Law, a practice he undertakes under the able tutelage of his head of chambers Kwame Senanu Afagbe Esq.
